This pitched roof, two storey villa has been built from the local stone found in a nearby quarry. The use of local materials helped to keep the building costs down and the finish of the natural stone exterior has been well crafted by our stone masons.
There is a notable vertical corner frame detail made from dark brown buff brick. The overall rural look gives due regard to the local vernacular. A second floor has a large balcony terrace covered by the roof extension. The master bedroom upstairs is next to a large study/office and has its own private bathroom. The ground floor has been kept as open-plan as possible.

The only interior walls are those to divide the service room and the guest room. Half of the outside parking space is covered by the roof, giving protection from rain when you enter your vehicle.
