This lake house been built on suburban lake shore in Lithuania. There is one bedroom and lots of space for entertaining guests. As you approach the property it resembles a one story house, thanks to the sloping ground.
The property has split level access. The lower ground floor is where the sitting room is situating, overlooking the water.
The living room also features a double-sided fireplace, which is split by the glazing line so that can also serve both the external patio and the interior dining/living room area.
